Our Project
In collaboration with the Angolan Ministry of Defense and local communities, we’re embarking on an ambitious journey to rewild 80,000 hectares in the Mupa region. Our approach intertwines ecological restoration with the creation of sustainable livelihoods, fostering a model of ecotourism that benefits both nature and people.

Work Opportunities for Angola’s Veterans
Central to our mission is the integration of Angola’s veterans into conservation efforts, providing them with viable alternatives to government dependency through employment and skill development in environmental stewardship.
We are initiating targeted programs that offer hands-on training in wildlife management, anti-poaching techniques, and eco-tourism services. These initiatives are designed to create job opportunities, enhance local expertise, and promote conscientious use of natural resources. Our collaborative approach ensures that conservation work is not only about preserving landscapes but also about empowering those who serve as their guardians.

Angola’s Biodiversity
Angola’s nature is one of Africa’s best-kept secrets, with the nation ranking as the continent’s fourth most biodiverse. Its landscapes are a sanctuary for over 1,000 bird species, including over 40 which are endemic. Among its wildlife is the giant sable antelope, a symbol of national pride, and the unique Angolan colobus monkey. Long shadowed by the aftermath of civil conflict, Angola’s rich ecosystems have remained under the radar for many travelers. Today, as peace has taken root, Angola is emerging as a vibrant destination, inviting the world to discover its natural wonders and contribute to their preservation.
